KeeSystem strengthens its shareholding

KeeSystem, which specialises in digital asset management tools for independent asset managers, family offices and private banks, has strengthened its shareholding with the entry of Ebene into its capital. Pierre Dalmaz’s family holding company has just acquired 75% of KeeSystem’s shares from its Chairman and Founder Pierre-Alexandre Rousselot, who will continue to manage and develop KeeSystem with the support of his new shareholder.

Founded in 2009, the fintech KeeSystem is active in Switzerland, Monaco and France and generates an annual turnover of nearly two million euros. The company is best known as the publisher of the KeeSense software, which helps independent asset managers, family offices and private banks to digitalise their business.
